Only $15 for resident parking? Wesley Grove and North Beach residents are
charged $30 for parking permits - this is our third year we have had to pay for
street parking in front of our homes.

supposed to provide for 1.5 or 2 (or some variation) of parking spaces per
unit. Pretty fair to say a 2 bedroom should have 2 spaces, a 1 bedroom the 1.5

steinbach residents also have to pay to park in their lot if they want to park
in a lot vs street. So they take street parking - taking away from business
customers. IF the city requires developers to provide parking - shouldn't be
allowed to charge for it. I know I know, those that don't have
