Not only did the one guy who got arrested have that tattoo, but he also had the
unfortunate "pants on the ground" thing going on.

I don't stereotype. I was standing next to a relative of one of the people
causing the problem and he said the last thing we need is a gang fight on the
beach.

Curious, how do you know it was gang members you saw swimming? Is that a

I don't think it's illegal, but on the day I mentioned, the surf was really
turbulent and strong. It started out with lifeguards who were still near the
beach warning the group not to swim, and they yelled back at the lifeguards.
That's when the PD were called in and it just went downhill from t

There's more of a chance of getting jumped on a sidewalk (where attackers
can more easily lurk in shrubs, between cars) than walking in the middle of the
street (where it's easier to get out of the way of an approaching vehicle).

Did anybody see the huge gang of kids being escorted all the way to the west
side of AP last night at 10 pm? There were more than 100 rowdy kids being
followed by multiple police cars and cops on foot. Very loud. Apparently there
were also lots of bloods gang members in the group as well. They b
