If I know Larry like you know Larry, no. It's not like time is money
in this deal; he's yet to invest what most would consider a minimum
deposit on what has already surpassed a $2 billion project. Why
should he? Council and the `eager to believe' are happy as pigs in
stink with all the neat stuff (lights, benches, restoration, hiring of
locals and best of all really neat paint) The Fishy 1's done.
Just think a mere 27 years to go till the paints dry.
