Let me say this.....fuck slumlords....The absolute worst thing that ever
happened in Asbury Park was allowing property owners of magnificent stately
homes...to chop them up into MDU's....Multiple dwelling units.....They should
have been shot!!!!....They should have remained single family
homes!!!!!....Disgusting!!!....I would like to see our code enforcement staff
go after these landlords with avengance.....And if so much as one light bulb
is out.....fine the shit out of them....Make their lives so miserable they
sell...and leave.....And turn them back into single homes!!!!...Crush them, and
any other other property owner not maintaining their asset!....The USA is
falling apart...the party is over....WE CAN'T SAVE EVERYONE!!!....I do know
good landlords...and they spend half their time in court chancing assholes who
play the system and have no intention of paying rent....Concerning
Memphis...home of Sun Records....I have been on Beale Street several
times....Memphis is a dump!!!...You can buy a mansion, on a one acre corner
lot, with an inground swimming pool....for less than $300,000....That was 5
years ago!!!....Probably much lower now....look at Detroit!!!...The south is a
mess..look at Atlanta...South Florida and many other areas....Dead!!!!....Time
to take the gloves off friendz...If ya wanna save Asbury Park....ya gotta a
shitload of deadwood to chase out!!!!...I've had enough.....35 years of this
garbage is too much....I subscribe to the social concepts of Dr. William
Cosby.....a brilliant artist and one of the world's most famed men...you may
know him as 'Bill.'...Read what he has to say!!!! And I want want to hear from
any bleeding heart liberals.....I comment Oakdorf and Watkins for their honest
efforts......And I don't give a damn who gets mad at me....just read what I
have to say...and analyze it for yourselves.....Boy, I hope I get lucky!!!
