This notice was posted on the other  AP list.   I'm aware this is not a Bargain Hunter & Home Guide, but I believe someone on this list will ask why this house was not posted equally on both  AP list.   Friend's of mind just put their house up for sale on Friday. Corner lot, nice floor plan, full basement, and lots of real nice neighbors. Anybody looking for a great deal may want to look at this house. Their neighbor, who happens to be a local realtor told them the house was under priced @ ($465,000.00), he would have listed it for 500,000.00.
