So someone is looking to see how and where the Housing Authority money goes.
Maybe someone has to go back for multiple years and see how the money was
"allocated".
You get $4,000,000 more of State and Fed money on top of the other $120 million
other monies that gets poured into Asbury with little or no means of tracking
it. (Schools, Special aid, other monies....)$85 million here, 4million here, 3
million there - and if it weren't for the little guys running legit businesses
you'd have nothing.
To start with, just kill expense accounts. you want to go to a meeting in
another town, first of all justify what you get out of it. Your hotel - come up
with 3 choices and only pay the mid rate. You want 4 seasons, you pay up. Meal
- if you eat everyday at home - you get a per diem for each day. You want to
extend the trip - your on your own...
Just like I have to do know for myself - if I want to go to a real estate or
Internet conference - you think differently when YOU have to pay your own way
-or find a vendor to pick up some of the tab.
