In the Community reporter section of the press, a note about the Ocean Place
Resort in Long Branch going into foreclosure and the report the Kushner may go
after the note (the loan) and maybe control of the hotel and the planned
expansion/redevelopment rights.

is handled should kushner get the rights - to the hotel and redevelopment of
that property.
