"Once a week, once a month, people are getting shot," said 63-year-old
Earl Morgan, who lives across the street.
When he first moved to Asbury Park 40 years ago, guns and gangs were
unknown in the city, he added.
"That's all there is around here is gangs," Morgan said. "That's why
there's so much shooting around here."
