been updated to include sales from 1997 through much of April 2007.
Visit www.DataUniverse.com and click on the "UPDATED: Property Sales" box on

The site can be searched by town name, address, type of property, sales range,
and the
names of a buyer and/or seller. The data are based on the state's assessment
files. There is
the likelihood that not all recent sales are available because of reporting
delays between
some towns and the state."
