I want to take this time to wish everyone on this board the very best. In
particular you Brian, in all your real estate endeavors!...You are an asset to
Asbury Park and a good sport. Hopefully I have provided some food for thought;
in the third person. You are all free to analyze what I say and come to your
own conclusions. And to people anywhere in the world reading his....Asbury Park
is on its way....It's on the move. Things are looking up! And everyone,
reguardless of race, creed, sexual preference, etc. is invited to visit. Come
and shop, go to the beach or a concert.....buy real estate.....its a good
time!.... We have a great police force and fire department....Crime is not a
major problem......... Disregard the naysayers! We have an honest city council
led by Mayor Johnson....and hardworking people striving everyday to make Asbury
Park a better place!...Despite many obstacles, it is progressing very
well!....There is no turning back. Asbury Park is marching into the future and
all are invited. Best of luck to all, the future looks very welcoming!....Most
of all, the best to my fellow posters....you've been fantastic to put up with
me. You've been great, thanx!
