What if Keady is incorrect, what if there are really only 186 bloods in
AP? What is the effing difference?
Does anyone reading this not believe that Asbury, and the rest of the
Nation, have a serious problem with
these gangs? What does it take to get to the issue that matters; What
do we as a community intend to do
to stem the rising tide of these vile gangs? Because if we, especially
those of us who toil daily in the park, don't do something quick and
decisive about the gang activity NOW!!!! we are going to be in some deep
shit.

To think this discussion went from the ridiculous...condemning Keady for
suggesting 4 or 5 thousand dollars to organize 2 nights/week of basket
ball, to the sublime...to bullshit letters from a bullshit board
demanding he not only resign but that he move out. Every single person
who is on the UEZ board that signed that letter should be run out on a
rail...or perhaps they'll get caught in the crossfire when the
gangsters decide to spray an uzi on cookman ave one fine day.

Hey Jack, you wrote that you won't ever support Alan's store because of
what he wrote here. I am glad you didn't ask Fred to identify himself
shortly thereafter. I am sure he would have jumped on your request. I
wish I knew what store Alan owns in AP, I will support it.

It should be very doable for us to rid one square mile of the violence,
6 murders, drug dealing, crack whores, and the gangsters. Then we can
get onto the serious and more difficult issues like where everyone who
comes to the cleaned up Asbury Park is going to park and which movie to
go to, the Paramount or the Baronet.
