etc, PAramount walks away from developing the nepotune peice of the
shark river.
1. They couldn't buy the land fair and sqaure.
2. The current economy
And (my guess) there is a particualr project that needs to get sold
out. Like another 100 or more units.
Given that and their bank (amboy) has quite a few shakey projects that
will ahve to account for real soon.
