If there were any intention of complying with the Redevelopment Plan to
preserve and restore the 5th Avenue Pavilion it would have been done by now
instead of having spent significant resources on an inappropriate
(non-conforming) remodeling.

direction. The function of this building as a cultural facility is the most

The three southernmost retail bays of the pavilion have been completely gutted.
Would be the perfect time to go through with renovating the rest of the
pavilion... Though I fear there's a chance they're just removing the roof for
