The owners say that there was NO toxic mold problem but that there 
was mildew caused by a leaking roof. They repaired the roof and 
hygenists test the air and clear the mildew problem. I did not smell 
mold (you can't) the times I have been there although some have 
complained of a musty smell (you should smell my basements). In any 
event, you must remember that the restoration that was done was in 
view of the property scheduled to be condemnedand was an attempt to 
get the property up and running in the hopes of saving it. Knowing 
the owners, and considering them capable and decent folks who have 
proven themselves in AP, I know that if saved from condemnation, the 
restoration work done to date is merely a glimpse of what would be 
done. The owners and their families are constantly at the theatre. I 
am confident that there is no mold problem.
