As far as there being a "Tax Decrease" after receiving the
extra $250K, you really must be joking, right? Divide that up and what
would you see, $5 each?
Besides, as it is, for years the City was misappropriating Community
Development Block Grant monies, and putting them into the
New Jersey's Higher Education funding was cut $250 million this month.
Rutgers alone was forced to cut 800 courses, 600 staff 150 faculty
members.
When the rest of us are told to toughen it out, it's nice to see a
part of the State budget that's actually growing, and the town that
