I doubt Tommy's going for '08 or 9; I think it more likely that this
is a business development strategy. Tom mumbled quite a bit about
getting out of Asbury last fall, immediately after the break-in at his
office. A year earlier is was talking about going after The Fish for
his role in the `haunted house' at CH and The Partners ' screwing kids
out of money earned.
My guess is this a longer term strategy to position himself for Fishy1
work and secondarily more fees from Asbury and eventually a judgeship
should this council be reelected.
