Did it 15 years ago. Call the gas co. See if they have any conversion programs. 
Biggest concern should be oil in tank or if any tiny holes were in tank. You 
can also pump it out and then a service comes in and fills with a foam filler 
that way you don't pull tank. Id upgrade to a direct vent when you do. 
Eliminate vent pipe through house. Good chance you'd have to line your current 
chimney if you don't direct vent.
