take action to make it illegal,they have been talking about this for 5
years, maybe 5 years from now they will wake up and do the proper
resolution, ordinance, whatever to enforce this, not that hard to
do ,should'nt have to pay the attorney a fortune to reserach it, just
do it, duh?
