Tommy try not to take this personally; why don't we call a spade a
spade (this has nothing to do with your dogma re the absence of
racism) and call the project what Fishman, Weldon and Aaron
know–fraud.  There is no master developer.  Rather a very lucky
incompetent who happened to hit a homerun; that he screwed up
everything since should surprise no one.

Fast track is, as Monty Python might say, demised, utterly without
life, stiff as a board, finished.  All we can expect is more grabbing
of land that the poor incompetent knows not what to do with.  I figure
one more election ought correct this mess.
