"Let's drop the election as the source of all discussion."

What and miss all these rich opportunities to point out that a village
is more than freedom to do whatever you wish when ever you wish, that
four years of capital gains during the hottest market ever and the
benign neglect of all that Asbury has been are meaningless, mere
trifles that will eventually be righted when those in power deem it
necessary?  

Sadly I've the sense that for those who so gallantly supported the `do
nothings' that they continue to believe that doing nothing remains the
best course for the future of this village by the sea.  

The choice is simple, continue to "dance with them what brung ya" or
look for another.
