First I wish to thank you for the unique opportunity you made possible
for myself and for the Clara Halper to join with you yesterday with the Public
Advocate.
Second, I am not sure what Mr. Rhyskamp's point is either. I can
say this: If his point is that there is a back story to condemnation,
well, I don't think there is anyone amongst us who is not aware of that.
But I would caution anyone who thinks that any one industry has the franchise
on that back channel of eminent domain. It is the concentration of
capital, and the power wielded by it, without limitation to the bond market,
which is driving eminent domain. It is the fact that New Jersey is
virtually built out that is responsible for New Jersey having one of the
highest, if not the highest use of eminent domain in the nation.
Again, I cannot thank you enough for the efforts you are extending on
behalf of all those in New Jersey who are being victimized by eminent domain
abuse, and I look forward to working with you again soon.

I agree with Donna let us stick to the goal plan Monday, 1 - 3 PM
I got some news, Asm Lou Manzo did spend about an hour on the phone with me
this afternoon. I think I have a new great friend, time will tell.
I asked him to make himself availble outside at 1-3pm and he said if he is
not doing something else he will join us. I am praying for good weather,
while all the activists gather people to the date of our destiny. "Let's
Get It On" and ignor folks who would push or pull us off course.
