The NJ Lottery is up to $130 million.
I think they should vote to buy one ticket or a couple thousand.
Maybe the governers office should buy them as well. If they win, it
should ALMOST cover the costs to run the city and schools.
You don't want to see an emergency tax hike to cover budget shortfalls.
