Dan - Paramount Homes announced the MM deal? And MM didn't? Hmmm. But MM is known for its marketing prowess, too. What's their strategy there? North Beach is light years away from the area MM is talking about rehabbing. I haven't seen any plans for the boardwalk from Deal Lake Dr to Convention Hall - a wasteland. Doesn't that stretch have a negative effect - or downward pressure - on condo sales at North Beach? Anyhow, I was encouraged to see Nancy Shields actually report the story the following day. Woowah, filing the story the same night you cover it. What a concept! Now on the content, I wasn't all that satisfied. When is the APP going to cover the Waterfront like a business story - numbers, forecasts, projected cash flows, cost of funds, funding sources, you know business...like the multi-billion dollar undertaking we've been told that it amounts to?
