Why no fines or notice of apparant violations still? They have applied to
increase their ERP from 100 watts to 1.5 KW. Increases in the past have been
rejected it will be interesting to see if this is granted. They also reversed
their decision that the STA would "under no circums

this small microstation has! This sounds like a job for Democracy
Now! Amy Goodman also broadcasts, on WBAI 99.5 FM. which is listener
sponsored radio and LINK TV, which is viewer sponsored. WBAI is owned
