Those merchants on the BW (in the early 80's) were not making a dime - 
thats why they left (who were left to leave). That's the time Henry V 
tried to save the place... Red Bank back then, was looking for a way 
to save it self. Red Bank was swallowed up a couple investors (one who 
found his way to to a very public bankruptcy etc..). Those were the 
days of loan fraud, high debt to equity, bribes...those days or these 
days?
