I am looking for a single person or couple to rent my home. Would love to find
someone who could act as a caretaker/handyperson, in exchange for lower rent,
and use of the bottom floor of a 1600 square foot house. Or I'd be open to

soaking Kohler tubs and toilets, slate tile etc. Large country kitchen with
oak counters and slate floors. Stainless steel dishwasher. Spacious rooms with
much of the original character and good light. Brand new central
air-conditioning. New furnace and water heater. Washer/Dryer. Fenced-in
corner property w/wrap-around porch. Alarm system includes fire, smoke
detection, and burglary. Blocks from Cookman Avenue, the Beach, and NJ transit
train station. Monthly rent--$1650.00/ negotiable plus utilities (except
water) or as a share (they'd have the house to themselves most of the time),
$1000.00/negot.. One and half month's security deposit due upon lease signing.
Prospective tenants will be subject to a credit and background check, and will
need to provide proof of current employment and reference letters--one from a
current employer and the other, most recent landlord. Prefer no pets, but
open to dogs with a deposit. No smokers.
