Nancy's not the first guilty party in using Gadfly to dismiss a critic. How's this for déjà vu; The Homes News used the term repeatedly in quoting administration critic, Dave Harris, during the redevelopment of New Brunswick. Harris was a community activist, ran a home for unwed mothers and was black. Common denominator here: the paper was squarely on the administration's side in the redevelopment of that city.
