I always hate it when Italians get arrested, the prosecution gets a 
leg up by making sure everyone has a nickname in quotes.  The thinking 
goes, if a guy has a nickname in quotes, he's guilty.

Check out the nicknames from the following indictments.  I'm betting 
most are made up by the prosecution and not real.

Is "Richie" really such an odd diversion from the name "Richard" that 
it deserves quotation marks in an indictment?

I wonder what nicknames they would give all of us if we were 
arrested.  I know Werner is "Porch."
