Another example of poor fiscal responsibility and lack of oversight. 
Not to mention use of public property for private gain.

There is a mobile coffe/tea truck doing a fine business at the South 
entrance to the Casino Arcade. Noticing that the only wasy to that 
spot is to use the Ocean Grove boardwalk as a street, I asked how he 
got there.

"I made a deal with MM" as he pointed to a locked set of gates 
blocking the allyway between the Heating Plant and the Casino.

Excuse me but MM does not own or control the boardwalk between AP and 
OG and has no business making 'deals' to allow anyone to do business 
there.

Shouldn't the City get a fee for a mercentile license and rental of 
the boardwalk space? Vehicles are not even permitted on the boardwalk 
anyway.
