that resales are lower than original asking. I have been following
North Beach and I have not seen that...

There are now several North Beach Condo untis on MLS from $849k to $1.3m
For one listed at $849k, assoc fee is $350/month for the $1.3 (sounds
nice with a 40 ft deck...$635 per month fee - includes - 2 parking
spaces!!)
