Heres a couple real estate listings for Boardwalk RE in AC:
1. 18x71 on the BW - $1.5m Taxes 6k (about the size of garage on the
AP BW)
2. 28x246 on the BW - $1.9m Taxes 22k
So if take 1 mile and play with some #'s and don't consider any other
factors - you can come up around 250-350 million.
But I wasn't so good with math.
