Yes, the pictures were from our prairie. Last year I took up
membership in The Wild Ones (I must be a natural for them wild ones,
wouldn't you think?) - a national group that promotes prairie
environments and restoration of native plant habitats. S

When viewing the photos a thought came to me, that some things like the silk caterpillars and the silk worm cocoons are things I have never had the opportunity to see first-hand.
Thats got to be on my agenda the next trip. Its the small things that seem to fasinate me most.
