1. Do not 'forward' hackneyed Internet messages.2. Do not send mail with with
too many addresses visible to the public in the 'To' or 'CC' columns. They
should be in the 'bcc' column which is not visible to the public.3. When you
post mail, be careful about the `Subject'. Denote the 'Subject' to indicate the
essence of your mail. 'This is a good one' 'Watch this' etc are no subject
headers.4. If the mail is meant for any specific individual, do not broadcast
it to the Group.5. Heavy files/graphics, if they need to sent around, please
upload them to the 'Files' section after which you can send a one liner
message to say that you have uploaded the file.
