IATYREGS when we added JES3 support. Many JES3 headers used
IATYREGS conditioned on setting ofa GBLB.
All of the IATYxxxx macros have similar conditioning, thus allowing
duplicate (usually embedded) mapping macro invocations without assembler
errors.
