(Looking like Dialup Domains)

I'm currently running 2.0.1(RC 0.3.23) and am seeing ASSP periodically try to
restart. Most of the time this works without issue but randomly it doesn't
restart and I have to go and restart it myself. It's running as a windows

possibly fixed the problem for him. I'm just doing some changes for the
error handling and some testing.
