I have problems to find out, why these connections are allowed
reiyoga is not a local domain at all (and of coure hotmial not) and we are not
releying for 187.23.173.200
Is there a way to find out, why this sender is allowed to send without
auth?

Every CIDR less than /8 in a SPF record is detected as SPAM-SPF-record by
assp and processed as SPF-fail.
