I've published/changed the following files and folder on SF-CVS and
SF-download-area to enable Perl 5.16 32bit support for ASSP V2 on windows.

V2 development is switched to Perl 5.16.1 (5.016001)
'noPenaltyMakeTraps' - read the GUI ! - this exception list prevents
addresses from being added to the pbtrap cache - nothing else - there is
still no relation to 'spamtrapadresses' !
I know, this makes not allot of sense - the next release will also use
'noPenaltyMakeTraps' as opponent to 'sp
