According to the ASSP v2 user interface group names must be made up of
only the characters A-Z, a-z, 0-9, - and _ !.

The description for BlockReportFile, however, states that a group name
must be of the form [user@domain], i.e., includes an @ character. These
two are therefore mutually exclusive, so how do you use groups in
BlockReportFile??
