Accepted on relayPort only. relayHost sends out what relayPort gets
in, only that.

Hi folks,
I have had some issues configuring Block Reporting for a while now and
I've finally been able to allocate some time to testing.
I have two ASSP servers, if I send a request to the block report address
through an authenticated connection directly to either server it works.
The problem
