[Assp-test] Config changes

My own observation (flawed as it is) shows that when upgrading ASSP, and a new feature/parameter is added to the system, the Config Changes history is not updated. If for no other reason than to give feedback to an administrator that there are new parameters, I would like to see this updated a

There's no 'save' button in the editor window for Config Changes History. One additional issue with editor windows: The Save button is really close to the Delete button. So a wrong click and you have to reload from backup. Is it possible to popup an additionl dialog (are you sure to delete), or a
