There were 2 issues at work here but mosty as I discovery now blackRe is
aplied even is recipient is at processOnlyAddresses
If it is intended then description really could do with an improvement
because "If an incoming email matches this Perl regular expression it will
be strictly considered spam"

following emails shold be noprocessing but are not for unknown reason. Why
