the word stemming modules

caused Perl crashes. The very heavy module Moo.pm was loaded by both
modules - without a really need (lazy writers). I've rewritten both
modules to version
Lingua::Stem::UniNE 0.09
Lingua::Stem::Patch 0.07
and published them at SF-CVS and in the 'lib/lib.zip' file at the SF
project page.

I recommend to install the updated modules in to the 'assp/lib' folder.
This will overwrite the old (possibly in the perl distro installed)
modules.
