FYI
My cron job to download the DROP list was set to run once every minute, every 4
hours instead of once every 4 hours so I was blocked :(
Now that I understand cron jobs a little better, all is well again :)

I did an upgrade with those files living inside the zip file and it worked.
It complained ofcourse about droplist.txt :
