It doesn't do it. It fails miserably.

That is case sensitive. It will download the module via FTP then compile
and install it.

I upgraded to ASSP 1.5.1.2(4.0.04). When i check a blocked message from
the block report, i see that the message listed in the report is not the
same message stored in the /discarded folder.
