The rolling assp log file: /usr/share/assp/logs/maillog.txt
It was giving the "limiting ... connections to x" message again within about
8 minutes of restarting after updating to the (14108) revision.
It only seems to happen with certain IP addresses, but some of them are
legitimate.

I see that you made some changes to that section of code in revision 14108
and would like to say thanks for doing so, but it still appears to exhibit
the same behavior.

in ASSP v1 when any local sender sends an email which has any type of an
attachment, the recipient e-mail address is not auto whitelisted as it
is when plaintext/html mail is sent without an attachment
