Most providers don't charge much for the DID but they then say that
there is a "normal usage patern". If one go's over then the price can
jump. There is no telling of what it will go to. I am looking for a

integrate all the components like FOP, etc. into working with sugarcrm..

seriously I read about others starting projects, I have a PHP web
app started that does asterisk config on the side and is mainly for
phone management. I know its hard but, waiting could be your best bet.
