The only problem with using such a service that I see is that not all
providers can teminate IAX traffic from a dynamic IP even with a FQDN.
Not all do DNS lookups.

1 DID, not 250 of them. Assume that I am going to use it heavily at
least in the daytime. I just don't see how any vendor can provide
something like that for a dollar or two per month.
