billing is questionable, they've been in breach of contract multiple times,
and when I brought it to their attention, Russ Man, our 'friendly' account
manager told me, and I quote "If you are having that much of a problem.
There are like 6 or 8 things you would have to support to be CALEA compliant.
I don't remember them all but they are a pain in the butt to make asterisk
integrate into.
