VirtualPhoneLine.com offers Incoming DID number and forwards it to a PSTN Number. Does it come under category of Interconnected voip providers? I belive that Interconnected provider mean that u have to generate a dialtone, where as VirtualPhoneLine.com is giving a new number on another

I think it is falling into something, that's for sure :-D You do not give enough information in your question. Is there a VoIP component? I could build an Asterisk box with a bunch of T1s and trunk to trunk transfer all day long without any VoIP coming into play. Thanks, Steve Rehan Allah

The Call Comes in From DIDX , via some OTHER interconnected operator like level 3 The Call comes to the asterisk box of virtualphoeline Then it goes over ip back to a termination partner say in India and lands over there. That's how it works Now do we have to pay USF on this ? Rehan
