I disagree. Poor IP QoS of the sort you describe will lead to lower
ACDs. In addition, things which you can't easily measure by looking at
packets - such as poor audio quality owing to tandem compressions - also
affect ACD, and so ACD is the single most useful call quality measure.

ASR and ACD are not the major quality measures. QoS consists of a
combination of jitter in ms, packet loss%, and delay in ms. Calling on a
given system may have excellent ACD and ASR, but the calls may present
conversation that is difficult to understand or annoying (high delay),

While choosing a carrier, there are certain parameters that should be
understood. Does anyone (e.g. a supplier) have any data on what those terms
are and what they mean?
Its a business relevant information and hence the posting here. Hoping to
